On the 18th, 19th and 20th of September 2015, the cross-border festival ALTERNATIBA will be held in Geneva! There will be three days of meetings and celebrations in the Plainpalais area to highlight all local initiatives for the climate and of good-living together: panel discussions, forums, stands, participatory workshops, children's entertainment, theaters, concerts, local food, documentary film screenings, etc. Already more than 250 organizations have registered for Geneva ALTERNATIBA and we intend to mobilize at least 15,000 people. Nearly 400 volunteers are needed for the event's success! Do you want to contribute to building a harmonious future and offer a few hours of your time? The positions and skills are many and varied during the Festival and there is something for everyone: bar- restaurant, assembly/disassembly of the stands, flying squad, waste green team, doctors/nurses/rescuers (graduates), technicians rooms/scenes, currency exchange, etc. Call for hosting the individuals invited to Geneva Alternatiba! There are forty people - speakers and artists - who will travel to our region to contribute to the success of Geneva Alternatiba. Our budget does not allow us to house them at the hotel. Furthermore, hosting at home can be a much more friendly way than commercial accommodation. It is also an alternative way to " live well"! If possible, fill in the form no later than Monday, September 5, 2015! This is definitely an opportunity to enrich your contacts, because all these people voluntarily commit their time and talent to our common future. A big thank you from Geneva Alternatiba!"
