Project details

The Global Ethics Forum project is not just an annual event but an ongoing process involving four activities: events, research, exchange and documentation. The goals of the project include providing opportunities for multi-stakeholder dialogue with a number of partners to provide innovative practical solutions to problems faced by the business community and by the wider community in relation to corporate responsibility. The theme of the 2011 Conference is 'The Value of Values in Business: Global Perspectives, Practical Solutions'.

For this year’s programme, on 30 June and 1 July, we are looking for persons to assist with welcoming services, such as:

  • Welcome and provide assistance to delegates;
  • Oversee the setup of sessions and assist with logistical requests;
  • Serve as session assistant / room monitor;
  • Assist resource persons, including High-Level Panelists and other speakers, with distribution of documentation and related tasks;
  • Provide liaison services between staff.

On 29 June, we are looking for two persons to assist with preparing the conference bags for the delegates before the conference.
