We carry out mailings, prepare conference documentation and badges

Our organization offers assistance to organizers of non-profit conferences and events (social, humanitarian, scientific and environmental). We solicit, train and coordinate volunteers for conferences. We thus provide a complete service for a given event. We offer our cross-sectorial know-how and experience in the field of conference organization.

Before, During and After

Preparation and logistics: We advise conference organizers about the various preparation steps (planning, programming, reservation of conference rooms and interpretation booths, organization of social events, dinners, etc.). We also carry out mailings, prepare conference documentation and badges.

Welcome services: Volunteers welcome and assist delegates who need information, practical advice, etc. Our volunteers also take care of badge and document distribution on site, as well as last-minute registration.

Room Supervision: Our volunteers oversee conference rooms, including the preparation of the rooms (speaker's signs, water supply, document distribution, badge checking, etc.).

Translation and interpretation: ICVolunteers recruits and coordinates volunteer translators and interpreters. They are generally student interpreters or young professionals who wish to gain experience.  ICVolunteers offers both simultaneous and consecutive volunteer interpretation. 

Conference Reports: Our volunteers write conference summaries and articles, which may be included in a conference report or published on the web. ICVolunteers, in collaboration with MCART Association, offers Online News Services, providing articles, summaries and photographs during the event as a conference is happening. Multimedia: ICVolunteers can also recruit volunteers to participate in the production of videos, DVD, CD-ROM, and to take photographs.

In Geneva and elsewhere

The largest pool of our volunteers reside in Geneva and its surroundings. We also recruit volunteers for projects taking part elsewhere.
